Arzu, a beautiful and ambitious young Turkish woman, is a graphic artist in an advertising agency. Her aim is to succeed in her career, thus proving to herself and her world that she can assert herself as a woman and accomplish a lot more than merely helping out her parents in their hairdressing salon. However, her trial period at the Fight advertising agency is coming to an end, and the chances of her being taken on as a permanent employee are practically zero.

Her boss, Ms. Kramer, offers her one more chance. Arzu has to organize an advertising campaign for the GROUP insurance company using comics. Unfortunately, drawing comics is not Arzu's strong point...
